Bülent ÜNLÜSAVURAN, born in 1969 in Kayseri, grew up immersed in sports, discipline, and social life from his childhood and youth. He has reflected this multifaceted experience in his professional life with a focus on diligence, entrepreneurship, and human relations. He continued his education at Kayseri Erciyes University, Department of Chemistry; the work ethic he developed early on laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial mindset.
ÜNLÜSAVURAN started his career modestly, and through hands-on experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors, he quickly understood the importance of working closely with industry and building trust. Over time, he expanded this expertise through infrastructure solutions, industrial production, and advanced technology investments, shaping the “turnkey” project approach of Tork Modular Building Systems today.
With a management approach that sees quality in the “details,” he focuses on assembling the right team, operating the right systems, and producing sustainable value. Effort, continuity, and trust are the core business principles he adopts.
Today, Tork Modular Building Systems develops projects focused on speed, durability, and long-lasting performance in infrastructure, superstructure, and industrial building solutions, advancing in line with ÜNLÜSAVURAN’s vision of “establishing better systems, producing stronger structures, and making a lasting contribution to the national industry.”
Cemil DEMİREL
Vice Chairperson of the Board
Cemil Demirel began his professional life at a young age with a focus on entrepreneurship, combining field and management experience gained across different sectors with a disciplined and long-term investment approach. With expertise in financial control, risk management, and strategic planning, he aims to create structures focused on sustainable growth and lasting value creation.
His work in the energy, manufacturing, tourism, real estate development, and construction sectors has strengthened his capabilities in operational management, process efficiency, and establishing corporate systems. During project development, his priorities include cost optimization, scheduling, and efficiency-focused management.
As Vice Chairperson of the Board at Tork Modular Building Systems, he actively contributes to corporate structuring, growth strategies, and business development processes. He supports the company’s goals for sustainable and controlled growth within turnkey industrial building solutions.
